2010 Goals and Objectives:

• To have 10 mission trips

• To involve 600 participants in the ministry

• To see 750 people indicating a decision for Christ

• To see 40 people indicate a decision for Christ at the softball fields

• To enlist 25 new contributors

• To continue to establish relationships with church and universities to identify individuals who have an interest in being involved in sports evangelism

• To have debt reduced by 33%

• To develop an Adopt An Athlete Program

• To collect at least 1000 pair of shoes for Next Step shoe drive

2-5 year goals…

• To develop a 2 paid staff positions

• To have zero debt

The Challenges and Rewards:

CHALLENGE

• To be able to be financially solid in the area of personnel, so that we can focus more on ministry and less on fund raising.

• To be able to meet the financial obligations of the ministry

• To be able to meet the participant needs for the ministry

ADDRESSING THE CHALLENGE

• It is important that we meet our goals of additional individuals supporting the ministry financially.

• We will also be doing more fund raising activities that can be used as ministry.

• We are making major efforts to communicate to churches and schools concerning the ministry opportunities.
