7th Game looms
Yes, there is game seven drama building somewhere! While the NBA seems to be lacking in arriving to it’s own seventh game finale… Reach USA and Bayi will “get it on” in game seven of their series after an 88-81 Bayi win today in game six of the series.
Reach USA jumped out to a 9-2 lead early as a result of Carlton Fay’s hot start- hitting 7 of the first 9. They could only hold on to a 3-point lead at the end of one and Bayi fought back to tie the score at 38 at the half. Afterward, Bayi came out hot and outscored the US squad 12-1 and built up a 14 point lead to lead by 8 at the end of three. From there, Reach was able to cut the lead down to 3 with 1:30 to go but missed a three pointer that would have tied the score and could not get closer.
Hopefully our next update will be that of a deciding game seven victory!
